If you feel your temporary ban has been wrongfully issued, please head over to the ban appeals section here: https://forum.multitheftauto.com/forum/180-ban-appeals/ Note that temporary bans cannot usually be appealed and it's advised that you better wait for the ban to expire. Using cheats in other games does trigger the MTA anticheat as well, so nothing is wrong about this. Once the ban expires, make sure to remove the trainer (and all traces of it from your OS) so you won't get banned again.

You should sort out your ban status first then try again. AFAIK being banned in MTA might be the (sole) reason you're facing this issue. If by this you mean some sort of external program provided by MTA, there is no such thing right now. There's only the standard map editor that's already integrated in MTA. Otherwise, if you mean a place to apply to get access into map editor, there is no such thing either.

Hi, welcome to the forums! If you're using a hosting provider, let him know about this via a ticket on their platform. Ask him to perform an update on their end as 1.5.5 is a very old version of MTA, prone to bugs and secuirty-related issues.

Hi, welcome to the forums! Installing ReShade will not outright ban you, but rather kick you with a warning such as this: AC #4 SECURITY VIOLATION / UNINSTALL RESHADE. The decision of disallowing reshade was taken around 10th of april 2022 and at this time there are no intentions on allowing it back. This was done due to its unfair advantage and abuse potential.
