    Radar idea

    the current radar is fine, though the GPS radar mod is probably the best one out imo (*xerox looks for GPS makers to pay him for advertising if he adds a url* =P =) THe biggest problem was with what to show on the radar, but after lenghty discussion, thats all been fixed i believe.
  3. all ideas welcome, but scrutiny should be expected. An idea for other modders, but not the MTA team. this has been bought up a couple of times... next matrix type mod suggestion gets locked =P
  4. run the game at above the min specs specified on the box (simple eh? =P =) i would suggest a 1ghz cpu, 12x cd rom, 1gig free space, 64 mb card and 128mb ram min for it to run in multiplayer.

  7. version 5 lol - ver 4 hasnt even been thought about yet =) I believe the Police have been disabled so far, but may be reintroduced in later versions.
  8. hmm - disallowing cable would leave the cs community at about half its current size. 56k modems are the minimum, and do just fine for mp.

  16. 0.2a works on xp, dont have 0.3b =) If you can run 0.1a in xp, you can run 0.2 =)
  17. i think that most of the mods are now at least 16. all the mods conduct themselves in the correct manner, and disrespecting them will only anger them and lead to bannings etc.

    use earlier versions of roger wilco to avoid aannoying ads =)
  21. for v0.1 to work, it required some dll files my copmuter diodnt have, i still reckon (imo) that those same files are needed to run 0.2a getting the service pack, and updated ver of dx etc should help as well. Not the smatest advice ive given =P

  23. hmm - lets get it working on liberty city first =) Modifying existing vehicles and all that is going to mean that the mod is very very large... and that the download is not going to be 56k friendly =(
  24. hmm - sounds like that tony hawk pro skater game mode where doing a better trick than your competition's previous turns that bit of course your colour etc =) Might work... but at least it isnt as controversial as previous pimp war ideas =)
