it would, but they are all programming in different languages, delphi, C++, VB etc. As long as they are all strong, it should be fine, and not hurt the gta3MP community. Competition will make the mods stronger.

Bots would only be the AI programmed to do something As for online/offline, i dont think nay plans have been made beyond getting the game to work on lan/internet. I dont think it will wupport modem play, but a single player off-line in split screen? - that would require too much processing power imo.

hmm - id rather like to be able to chat to anyone at any time =) If you could do something special that you couldnt do while normally typing or sending a msg to the team (i dunno what) that would be fine. I just dont know what it could be used for. having to be at a certain place to send a msg doesnt really work imo =)
