Citizens are programmed to jack your car, and will at times, if they feel your are getting to adventurous. I remember my first time in liberty city. I just walked around, and noticed two guys punching each other, a cop walking by, and then some guy pulls someone out of a car then drives off =) They are programmed to do a random loop, if you shoot them however, i think they just drive anywhere - and fast =)

try that when 3 cars keep going round. happened to me once - i was causing some mayhem, and they all tried to get in each other's cars, then they all did circles round me =) - I think it was more of a bug than fun cause it was 3 cars =)

skins will be choosable in future versions, some mods may even have skins to choose in them. But as long as you can distinguish your team from your adversaries it doesnt matter =)

pro mod... hmm.... Blowing cars up with one shot doesnt seem to realistic =( - and its hard enough going through mafia teritory without oneshot kills =P
