Yes, but there's a difference here. If you can manage to get your space bar presses down to 5ms, it's possible to run faster than designed.

The same as any other 32 or 64bit OS. It has to do with how "wide" the various bands are. For example, the limits of 32bit on memory is 2^32, or ~4.2GB, whereas 64bit is limited to 2^64, or 16.8mil terabytes. Obviously nothing today uses even close to that, but maybe one day. End all, it's just a limit of how much of value X can be used on various pieces of hardware.

Make your own resource, load models over the model ID you want. That's it. It'll work with any gamemode as long as you use the right model ID's. Moved thread to appropriate board.

We would like to mention a change that was made on 1.3.5 that would be useful for people to know about. Recently a fix was made to a bug with sprinting in GTA where you could spam spacebar really fast or use a program like auto hotkey to run faster than you should be able to. That's the serial of someone who was doing something bad, pretty obvious with the word "Malicious" The script had functions that did a range of things, from giving items to player teleporting, but the only visible function was one that gave you a list of cars. It was a popular script for MTA DayZ servers so that admins could keep track of stuff.
