Anyway i think the problem is not of the reource is of this two commands not working properly with San Andreas objects (not mapped ones with the mapped ones it works properly)this is the problem try to understand it.
If you don't belive that this happens test it in your server.

Looks like you have some modified files, possibly gta3.img containing a bad car mod that is causing your game to crash, or even a virus. Please follow those instructions again and specifically "download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions".
It's not possible because if you fire a rocket beyond 100m, who syncs the rocket? Who knows where the rocket is? Your client cannot load that far away so it doens't know where the rocket is. The MTA server does not run a 3D world so it cannot handle that kind of stuff.
It was a joke. I sometimes say things so people shut up who keep asking over and over when a release is because they assume that releasing 1.4 will mean we magically added all these features on issues labeled 1.4. Hint: They get pushed to next version.
Once again, it depends on your resource. I don't know how big your client script is, nor do I know your average bandwidth usage. You should figure these things out.
It was 4 hours between your posts. Have patience. It's not on files subdomain nor nightly. Only reason I could see you wanting to use 1.3.4 is that you can still use some old hack.
1. This isn't a hack, it's a resource...
2. They can't bypass our "detection" since it's a script. Any compiled script we can decompile to check for these types of issues.
The spacebar spam exploit has been fixed recently as it was not intended to work as it was. There's now an option with setGlitchEnabled to turn on the sprint bug.
