    One more thing: the crashes are caused by failure to load american.gxt at startup. Please reinstall GTA:SA and MTA:SA; this should fix the problem.

    Please install the following: Audio driver Also remove the Windows Vista compatibility mode settings on gta_sa.exe and Multi Theft Auto.exe. Provide another MTADiag log after doing both of these.

    Could you provide a dxdiag report? Press the Windows key + R, type dxdiag, press Enter, click Save all information... and post the contents of the saved log here within Code tags. Download and run MalwareBytes Anti-Malware.

    Something is blocking the installer. Are you running it as an Administrator? Do you have an anti-virus program installed?

    OK, the drivers seem to have updated properly. The limit of FPS is your laptop LCD's refresh rate, in this case 60 hz; thus, you are limited to 60 fps assuming VSync is on.
