This problem is caused by the server being older than the version which includes the map download fix. Tell the server to update.

Added "ipconfig /all" command to log output to hopefully help with diagnosing network problems, made compatibility mode registry entries output only relevant entries (i.e. ones with "gta_sa.exe" or "Multi Theft Auto.exe" in them), and added MTA:SA 1.5 support for no particular reason, and added a log namespace. ✓

You must have a copy of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas in order to play MTA:SA. You can buy a copy on Steam. You'll need to use this downgrader to make the Steam version of GTA:SA work with MTA:SA.

You don't need a driver, Windows has its own driver which will suffice. Just uninstall and restart.

Which version of Windows are you running? The dxdiag is incomplete and I can't determine your exact Windows version. Try temporarily removing all of the ASI files in the GTA:SA directory and see if MTA works.
