Please install the following: Graphics driver Audio driver Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted) Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

Run MTADiag again and when asked if MTA works, enter "n". It should then generate and upload a log to Pastebin; post the URL to that paste here.

You need to run MTADiag as an Administrator and not in AVG Sandbox.

Please install Visual C++ 2008 SP1 runtimes and try again. Also reinstall GTA:SA and MTA - you seem to be missing some GTA file.

Provide an MTADiag log. It's most likely being caused by a driver issue, and with an MTADiag log I can provide you with updated drivers which will most likely solve the issue.
