Is your GTA:SA modified at all? Does your sound issue occurs if you plug normal speakers or headphones to the green jack on the back of the computer, instead of using your USB headset?

What is the error when MTA crashes?

Go to Settings -> Advanced -> change "Single connection" to "On" and see if that helps.

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

Please uninstall MTA:SA then reinstall it; be sure to run the installer as an Administator.

The drivers installed properly. Does single player work? Can you provide a screenshot of the error?

One more driver update: storage driver You still have not removed the compatibility mode setting. Go to C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas 1.3\, right click Multi Theft Auto.exe, go to the Compatibility tab, and uncheck Run this program in compatibility mode for:. Do any other games have this graphics corruption? Can you try an unmodified install of GTA:SA?

Please remove the compatibility mode setting for gta_sa.exe (run in 640x480) and try again.

All drivers are up to date now, and there really isn't much else I can suggest except to lower graphic settings or to upgrade your computer.
