all the big mta players (me, gunny, etc) should all meet up somewhere and get a little LAN and play mta across it with a big projection screen showing us playing it and stuff that would be cool except chronic would get arrested for smoking and stuff and the TLR members would probably be beating up the DNA members *lol*

AA is a good clan, i used to hang in their ts and play mta, css, sof2 etc with them and they are good guys. especially joker. scar is sometimes an idiot and just shouts out random things like "TONY YAYO!!!!" etc but its all fun.

ban means it just adds that persons IP to a list, and if someone tries to join from that IP then it will reject them because that ip is banned. blacklist however, does the same as ban, but in addition it adds the banned persons name to a list and if anyone tries to join under that name, it automatically bans them.

are you sure your trying to connect to a working server? test it by using this ip and port: ip: 213.230.209.155 port: 2012 if that doesnt work, its probably your hardware/software firewall preventing outgoing access on those port

sorry to disappoint you mate, but until everyones internet is delivered through a glass fiber cable rather than a telephone line, there will always be lag in online games. you'll just have to get over it and learn to live with it.

theres a remote admin tool included in the win32 server package. you cant access the admin client ingame though. did you try reading the instructions?
