Routers don't change your IP. It's upto your ISP if DHCP assignes you a new one everytime you connect to the Internet. Obviously he has a dynamic IP, so he just turns his router off and then on and this reconnects his Internet, assigning him a new IP.

obviously GRS/MTAmA only runs off windows because it requires mIRC, but a while ago in irc (before i was banned) i heard oli saying to aeron that he could make GRS function without MTAmA, so i wondered if it would be possible to compile either/both to work on linux?
hmm yea, i doubt there is 8 active uk clans that will participate, maybe you could widen it out to MTA:EUL (european) since hollanders and shit dont lag too bad in uk servers?
server patch 1....just copy the .exe file from the server patch 1 into the directory where all the other shit is installed, and then it runs the new exe instead.
opium, a 10mbit upload is easy enough for a single server, when 3 of the servers on my dedi box were full ~20 players each, the bandwidth graph only reported 4mbps of upstream bandwidth usage. and its on a 100mbps connection.
