Disable your firewall. Once the server list has refreshed, click on the "Players" tab to sort the server list by players (descending order).

Are you running the game in 32bit colour or 16bit colour mode? Also, what graphics card do you have?

What do you mean it won't go online? Just run MTA San Andreas and GTA San Andreas will launch, and then you go to Find Server and just pick a server and play.

Yes, that's hard coded into the game. You can't just change collision variables in the server like you are able to with Valve's Source Dedicated Server.

The maps are platform independant. They will all work on your version.

I don't really understand your post at all, but from what I can make out it looks like you're trying to add an RSS feed which only downloads maps with 32 spawnpoints? If so, just put 32 in the min spawnpoints map and hit search. Once the search is done, click the "Add search to feed" button and you're sorted.

Most likely not. Although since you have the DVD ISO (the image) on your hard drive, you can probably just virtually mount it with Daemontools or Alcohol 120% and the computer would think that the DVD is actually in the tray, and you'd be able to play again. Just a thought.

Currently it isn't possible to do this from the server end. It may be possible if all the clients did the same modification, but then you wouldn't be able to play in a server because you have modified files.

Which server/IP's are you trying to connect to?

When you installed it, did you untick the box for the protocol handler? That's what makes the mta://whatever things work, and if you didn't install that then they won't work. Try just picking a server from the server browser and connecting to that, I'm sure it will work.

Would you pay for an account to play a free game? I doubt it. You could set it to £2/$2/€2 or whatever currency and I'm sure a lot of people would pay it, including cheaters, but then a cheater gets globally banned, it's so cheap that they'd just buy another account. Ok then, set the account prices to £30/$30/€30, then nobody would pay that and the game would not be popular.

Correction, I believe you're the one who needs to go to school.

It's HT, and I believe there is a problem with the AMD Dual Core processors but I don't know if it is a problem with the Intel HT processors too.
