Oh, so it has worked with MTASA before? In that case uninstall MTA and GTA, then reinstall GTA and then MTA. Make sure you don't modify any files when you install, MTA will not work with anything modified.

Nobody can connect to your LAN IP if they aren't on your LAN. Changing the IP address in the config has no use unless you have virtual adapters and more than one IP address assigned to your machine, which I HIGHLY DOUBT considering the content of your last two posts. Just give people your Internet IP address instead and make sure you forward the ports, then they can connect. Also it's likely that you won't be able to connect to an internal server by using your external IP address since most routers won't allow it. 192.168.1.12 or whatever will work for you since you're on the LAN, but it will be useless to everyone else who isn't. For example, my LAN address could be the same as yours, so how would you expect me to be able to connect to your server with it?

Write a script.

"Thinking" that you have 1.0 is not good enough. You need to be sure that it is definately 1.0

Have you tried connecting to any other servers? It's possible that the server your trying to connect to is behind an incorrectly configured firewall. Also, if you're on a college/university network or resnet, you may find that all non-http traffic is blocked and you won't be able to connect to any game servers which aren't running on port 80, 443 or 8080.

You don't load the RPG script into mIRC, you load it into MTAmA.

If you're behind a proxy server or a NAT (like on a University network or resnet) you won't be able to connect to any servers because these networks usually block traffic on ALL ports except for ports 80, 443 and 8080.

It is a bad thing, because a person might see a map they like and wish to put it on their own server, but they can't. Is it possible to create the option of having an in-game command you type which makes the server dump the map in a folder inside the MTA folder for example, so that you can put the map on your own server?

I tried to avoid the SGB server at all costs, mainly due to the fact that all of the admins were teenages who hadn't hit puberty yet, and a lot of them were higly illiterate. An admin banned me once because I killed him twice with a flamethrower...

You need that particular script to do that, you can't just expect it to work. I think there's a !bank script which Oli and Jax wrote ages ago, it's in the Addons section.
