  1. The release of 0.3 is closing in. We hope to release it within 7 days. People have waited long enough. This means we have to sacrifice the game modes and keep them for 0.4. What r we gonna work on this week? * animations * die when your dead * we are working on it to improve data transfer speed (now theres lag when your UL is -20kb/s)
  2. A have seen that a lot of people are complaining about the fact that we are upgrading our site and not working on the mod. Let me tell u, it is NOT true. We have a big team, and everyone has his dutys in it. We can not al work on the mod itself. I don't work on the mod itself, but i do the webhosting and stuff. so i have the time to work on the site itself and the other related things. We are in the process of moving the site to a new location because when inet hits rushhour in Europe, the site becamos slow. Because we are moving the site, i saw my chance to do some upgrades at the same time! IjsVogel and other team members are still working on 0.3b. We have started some closed beta tests to hunt down the big bugs so when we release the public beta every1 can play without much problems.
  3. due to e-mail problems on our new host, the new members are not receiving a confirmation mail with there log-in and password, therefore, remember them well, if u have lost ur password, send a new one in a pm to me and i will change it!

  6. we have been working on a new server for weeks now, the host we r using now has problems so we wonna get out of there. We hoped to move this weekend, but it will be for the next, i don't have time during the week.

  8. we will not, as seen yesterday during ther closed beta, there r some major bugs. Our first big test failed after a couple of seconds, once al the major bugs r found and solve we will release 0.3b into the world!
  9. those numbre represent values used by the client, i don't know what they are exactly, i only know that they r usefell for IJs and the other devs. The ja witht he smiley has had a couple of functions be4. For the oment it checks if u jave the correct version of MTA when u click on it

  11. don't u know what closed beta means? only a few ppl get to test it! once we have cleared out the major bugs we will start distributing it. Don't bother the other testers anymore, the version they have is already useless. We build in a script that checks online if the version is still allowed to run. If not it crahses. All beta versions from this evening crash when u try them. The testers also received only the client without installer, no server software included either. A client alone is useless! We will get to the open beta tests asap.
  12. blue key is an old technique where you play in front of a vlue (or other single colored (mostly blue or green)) screen. Later ont he blue is removed and changed for a prerecorded scene

  15. !!! THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES EVER!!!!! =P I love it! I've seen it the day of it's release and it's a crazy movie!! The special effects they put in it are sick!! And the scenes in cars are really the best I ever saw!!! Hehe Everyone: If you have a chance to go see it, JUST GO!!! U can not dismiss the fact that the cg isn't finished. There are 2 big flaws in the scene where Neo fights all those agents smith. The first one appears when Neo sees for the first time that there is more than 1 smith. The fx have problems with drawing more than 1 smith at a time. Due to this the smiths are flikkering. The second problem is that the cg Neo doesn't look like the real Neo from time to time. I don't say the fx aren't spectacular, some r just not finished. Blue key is one of the oldest technologies. Yet in the matrix reloaded they fucked it up with the scene on top of the truck. It is so easy to see that is is bluekey. And there r more of these problems
  16. i've seen the movie, i think the original was better. It was a good movie, but i didn't get that whauw effect i got from the first one. the movie isn't finished. cg animations are to visible to be good. I hope revolutions will be better
  17. i'm gonna lock this. We can make mone out of this if we want to. We do ot need a license cause memory adresses aren't licensed . We do not use/alter any files delivered by R* We do not accept donations due to the fact that there are other egal issues. We also don't find it moraly correct to receive money.
