DerKeks Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 I miss a working quit funktion if the game crashed! So if the game crashed, i cant quit it with the taskmanager ore in the game. Please integreate a 100% working quit funktion.
erorr404 Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Try ctrl + alt + del, g, del, enter. That will kill the first process that starts with the letter g (hopefully gta-sa.exe).
Kamahl Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Try ctrl + alt + del, g, del, enter. That will kill the first process that starts with the letter g (hopefully gta-sa.exe). not many people know that, so it would be a nice thing to add.
MTA Team Blokker_1999 Posted September 1, 2006 MTA Team Posted September 1, 2006 In theory, when gtasa.exe crashes the error reporter should notice it and intercept the error, find the details of what happend, close the app and broadcast the error to us. In some rare cases the reporter does not work.
Ransom Posted September 1, 2006 Posted September 1, 2006 i think there are programs that can actually close it for you, but I havent really find one I'd like to keep.

Guest Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 A spell-checking idiot member you mean? Yay! The forum has an immature ne'er do well!
darkdreamingdan Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Jazzy Be: This is the internet - it seems you are the only one who cares about minor spelling mistakes. so please stop making useless spelling correction posts before sanctions are applied. Jani & Brophy: Please leave this for the mods to sort out, dont make flame posts against him. There is the Contact the Moderators button if need be. ...Back on topic, there is a program called GTA Crash killer out there somewhere which could be of some use. Its made by mean panther

BigBadBob Posted September 7, 2006 Posted September 7, 2006 Try ctrl + alt + del, g, del, enter. That will kill the first process that starts with the letter g (hopefully gta-sa.exe). that saved my ass the other day. mta was locked up hard. Nothing would work. I remembered seeing this, tried it, and presto. All I had to do then was close MTA error something or other, and it was gone. Thanks for the tip.
