Buhh, in Vice City they're still called gta3.img. gta3.img and gta3.dir are both located in your Models folder in your Vice City/GTA3 folder.

Actually, I registered my GameSpy a few years ago. Back when it was a lifetime subscription for only one payment of $20. I notice now they charge $5/month for Registered status, and I still have mine after one payment of $20... But IGN started charging before GameSpy bought them out. (I didn't even know GameSpy bought them... )

Then that usually means they did something stupid with the No CD crack.. IE: Installed the Blood-Patch CD Crack, a wrong version, etc.

Well, if you use a Pistol or Uzi, then you'll have some trouble. But I've found the hitboxes with Uzi and Pistol are 100% right in the torso; so no worries there. As for the other guns... M60, Stubby, etc. They can move 1 little bar and you won't notice a difference, but it seems that most of the time, when 1 bullet hits, 3 more hit too. So either way, they're going to move down a color. The only times I've ever seen them not move down a color when taking damage, is when they're hit by a car..

Why would Windowed mode make more lag? I leave my AIM running when I play; so opening up a few IM's wouldn't slow anything down...

The bars move so much that each hit basically makes it move a color. I've rarely hit someone and had them stay in the color they were at before I hit them. In other words, almost every hit moves them down a color...

Aren't they adding more selections in for 0.4? Seems like they put a lot of effort in GTA3 for 0.4 now.

Or you can just play Single Player with your silly controller and cry that you don't have MTA:VC.

Every other game on the market has serverside checks of some sort. I don't see why lag problems would be any different with MTA; but I can see how actually doing the checks would be hard.
