That's the idea... I was saying, since Robbers only have short range, it may be unfair that Mexicans have short range and long range.

Just about anything can take down a robber, just as long as you don't let him get too close... It would seem to me that the Mexicans are over-powered, if anyone. M60 for long range, and Molotovs for short range...

Typically, I believe aiming to your right when shooting at someone seems to get the job done. If not, just sway back and forth.

To make a city, just load Vice City into MooMapper and move shit around. That's basically it. Or you can have a fresh start and load in all the entities and start from scratch.. That's a challenge, though.
