Hi, you're wrong about not having played with cheats, as someone on your device did cheat (or attempt to) on MTA. But, the ban was meant to have expired 6 March, and this issue is being looked into.

As your other thread was resolved I've moved this one out so you can get better help with this question.

@amirkla rather than replying to an old thread I have moved your post into its own area. If you were banned by a server then you'll need to appeal the ban with that server. If you were banned by MTA then you will need to wait for the ban to expire.

I have moved your thread into client support forum (note that the private bugs section has a different set of posting guidelines). When you say that you have restarted your operating system, do you mean you rebooted it, or did you reinstall the operating system and wiped its files?

Backup any important files and then reinstall your operating system if our previous response doesn't help
