@amirkla rather than replying to an old thread I have moved your post into its own area.
If you were banned by a server then you'll need to appeal the ban with that server. If you were banned by MTA then you will need to wait for the ban to expire.
I have moved your thread into client support forum (note that the private bugs section has a different set of posting guidelines).
When you say that you have restarted your operating system, do you mean you rebooted it, or did you reinstall the operating system and wiped its files?
Enable collision patches in map editor settings and try again. If you're not seeing this setting then you may have to update your editor resource: https://mirror.mtasa.com/mtasa/resources/
It means we are detecting cheating on your device, so you will need to stop using cheats before connecting to MTA again. Note that if your device was banned by us then you will need for the ban to expire.
Sorry to hear about this. We are not able to assist with server access issues, those needs to be resolved through the server's password recovery or with their staff.
Bans can not be appealed. If you feel you did not cheat (or attempt to) then you may want to work through your device to make sure there's nothing on it that shouldn't be. If you are playing on a shared device, try talking to the people you share it with and see if they were trying to cheat on MTA.
