It depends where the race creator puts them...
Edit: You added more...
4. No half-destroyed cars
5. Nope, but you can apply nitro seperately.
6. There will be slow car vehicle change pickups, yes.
7. Yes... any vehicle in the game can be used.
*cough*

(P.S. 23,000 downloads of video #2 would suggest that the community isn't as dead as you make it out to be)
I don't think people's details should be given out on a public forum. You can PM him if you like but I don't see why you just can't post the code. No-one's going to nick it.
Nah, because how would the game decide where to spawn them? Do they spawn at the start line, miles behind everyone else? Do they spawn behind the last player? Do they spawn behind the first player (seems unfair)?
I agree with BD. SA had the most impressive engine but GTA3 and VC were more fun. I think it's because they were more arcade-like, like the earlier GTA games.
Yeah, that happens to a lot of celebrities. It's either alcohol or drugs (or both). I know a guy who made a movie that made $100 million at the box office and then messed it all up by getting involved in drugs. He was forced to "retire".
There used to be commands for adding checkpoints in-game. This was before the advent of the race creator so they're obsolete now. I think they've been removed.
Erm, actually this was posted in the MTA:SA section so I don't think he's referring to 0.5. In response to his question, MTA:SA hasn't been released yet but it is nearing the end of its development cycle.
