  1. rather than slowing the game speed, is it possible to reduce the gravity just for the player? i know thtere is a gravmod, but it effects everything
  2. you could just turn it off in the display settings, and pressing f9 to remove the chat and f10 to remove the player health. no mod needed
  3. yes, if yer making a movie, get a private or passworded server. joining a dm server is the worst place to go if your trying to organize something.

  10. hmmmm...... a custom skin pack for all the mta gangs. each gang could design 2 or 3 skins for their gang, then it would be bundled into a game mod for blue.... or if we wanted to get carried away, every mta community member could design their own skin and offer it for submition to a project lead, then it would be offered for download on a central server. then a tool could be made to auto-download skins from said server automatically when that person joins the game server.... /me is dreaming ------------------------------------------------ you guys thought of everything already!

  15. that's a good base for when boats arrive. i imagine if boats worked already, that base would have been snatched up a while back. interesting note: that boat spot is almost tailor-sized for the cortez yacht.
  16. mta team was making gta3 multiplayer before vc was released. so yeah, mta was making gta3 multiplay, but hadnt yet talked about vc quite yet. i got vc thinking that the mta guys were gonna do a vc mta jjust like the gta3 multiplay
  17. a good ide to deactivate a bomb would be if you had to"shake off" the bomb by crashing your car into things to gain a certain amount of damage in a certain time limit.
  18. was wondering when someone was gonna grab that beutiful peice of property. the boatyard even has a health, not to mention not a bad tactical location. good choice.
  19. the major thing that bothers me is not low pings, but low framerates. you can empty all your ammo on someone with an integrated card and they wont even know your being aggressive. 56kers i can handle no prob. and honestly, they do get a slight advantage, but they notice the lag just as much as us.
  20. i beleive they claimed 100% bullet syncing (no small claim) as well as car syncing, even when you join a gfame in progress (?)
  21. drivebys in sp only worked with the small automatic weapons. i dont think this will change, but i guess it's up to the dev team. i know that there is a slight auto-aim in drivebys, will this carry through on other peoples screens?
  22. another explanation could be that your target has an extremely low framerate, and is simply not seeing the animations of you shooting him. the way you can tell if someone has a low FPS is that they move really jumpy, even if they have a good ping.
