The crash is related to collisions (probably a corrupt, or extremely unoptimized, collision model) but on the server you crash on, it's rare. So it's safe to assume that there is a problem on your side, e.g GTA mods or modded models with custom collisions. I advise to re-install GTA, ensuring the game is unmodded.

I can reproduce the problem, uploading resources to the community is currently broken. Thanks for the report, now that we're aware we will post here again when it's fixed.

You got banned last week on serial DC458BD1F51D1B12DCD09496EF8BBE62 after getting detected. There were abnormalities so we investigated and found out that you were a tester for a known cheat developer, so we extended the original ban duration and also banned all of your other PC's. The serial you posted this appeal for was 1 of those PC's. It doesn't work like that Ban appeal denied, also temporary bans cannot be appealed to begin with.

We have reason to believe that you're infecting MTA users with viruses (specifically of the type "RAT") after luring them to contact you on Discord from chatting with them in-game. This is the moment you'd strike and send them files that infect their PC. And we can't risk having malicious users on our platform. We want to protect players from people like yourself. Read my post at https://forum.multitheftauto.com/topic/122744-spreading-viruses-rat-mtasa/, it states "Appeals will be rejected instantly" for the serial you're appealing now. Even if it's your "brother" (which i dont believe), he spammed appeals and also for this serial, as if it were his own, which we know it is. The brother excuse will never be accepted, and none of the serials banned in an effort to remove Sajjad / DrMasterKing (after he was spreading viruses to MTA users) will ever be unbanned. Our decision is final, please don't come back. In fact, he tried to use the "brother" excuse before, with a totally different person (not you), and he also tried various other deceptive methods (involving impersonation) to con us into unbanning any of his banned serials. Like i said i don't believe you, and it wouldn't surprise me if he asked you to try and get this particular PC unbanned for him, or if you are in fact him. Again, as long we want to remove this person from MTA effectively, we can't unban any of the serials.. no single attempt, no matter how you put it, will manipulate us. Also, considering the track record for this ban: any spam or repeat-appeals like in the past will quickly be cleaned up.

Ban appeal denied. You're well aware that the terms of your last unban were that you'd never return on the MTA Discord. Judging from our experience with you, as a very problematic user, every little bit of MTA community that you can touch will increase the chances of completely derailing into unacceptable behavior, as it also offers you more chances to contact staff in order to harrass and annoy them - I was very clear last time in motivating why your unban wouldn't cover Discord. I also said that if you would ever start to dispute our decisions, you'd instantly receive your full ban back. So i hope that you're not going to repeat the old cycle from having this Discord ban appeal denied. If you now start to contact us or make more appeals, you're out. Again, the terms of your last unban and our agreements are crystal clear. This decision (no Discord unban) will never change. You just can't handle being there (actually, on the entire community side) and you said that you changed multiple times in the past, but it always ended up in problems.

It will never happen (MTA will never be ported to any mobile device), because of various reasons, including: - The development manpower required (which we don't have).. starting on a new platform means entirely different architecture, so it's like rewriting MTA and an insane amount of work. In fact, it's almost certainly technically impossible to get everything that MTA relies on (that's within the open-source project), up and working on a different platform (Android). - GTA: San Andreas on mobile is a recently published app (remastered), new Rockstar Games effort went into it and they probably won't appreciate us modding such a title. Ok, this was a hard decision to take (regarding privacy and drama), but because we noticed that you made a video in which you're implying MTA made a bad decision, we will now offer some more transparency towards the community to reveal what we suspect you, TheVarus, of doing: See below picture Mirrors (you're probably going to want it gone): Since you have also spread the link to this ban appeal by yourself, I hope this will let your 'blind followers' (who believe your "my serial has been with me for 5 years" claim is something that proves you're right with everything) look at our side of the story as well. Even though the botting and mass serial-changing involvement (which the MTA anti-cheat was fully aware of, and linked back to you) is already enough to permaban you, for the scale of it, lord knows what the things we feel are really going on with your manipulation of the Polish MTA scene would mean for your ban. At least 1 thing is clear, that you won't return, and that there are very good reasons for it. By the way, MTA now made sure your serial changing method no longer works, so you can no longer uphold your botting industry, which in turn (as we can reasonably assume) funds your virtual currency sales industry from the 'mining' proceeds, etcetera etcetera. All to destabilize the 4Life / PyLife ingame economy to benefit the kickstart of your own server. We will protect these MTA communities against someone like you, striving to use their influence for such dirty games.

Please don't try to return here with new accounts, contending that 1 of the other banned serials is a different person (appeal under a different name), it won't work. Wait until the ban expires in 3 days. If you again try to appeal for 1 of your other 3 banned serials, the ban may be extended.

Hi, You are a dedicated tester of the 4Life / PyLife bot that is being described at these 2 topics: 1) https://forum.multitheftauto.com/topic/125549-banned-by-mta/ (you work for him, as a tester) 2) https://forum.multitheftauto.com/topic/125545-banned-by-mta/ (read my post there) We initially banned you for 1 month (due to higher involvement with the bot, as a tester, not just an user) on serial 4995B3E3EADBA4BE8EA58259A54B0602 (where you ran the bot), but later found out that you are a massive serial changer, who knows how to change their MTA serial solidly and as a result has generated over 20 serials during a certain period. The serial changing practises have facilitated various types of abuse that are detrimental to the polish community, such as the case of testing a bot for its developer and easily bypassing any potential bans that would come from it. The combination of these made your ban turn permanent. In addition, we will soon deploy measures to prevent your particular changing method, after which any further serials will also get swiftly banned. I doubt that is you, but I won't even begin trying to confirm it, because it wouldn't matter who you are, or how many subscribers you have. MTA knows what you did, including on all of your other serials, and that if you really are that Youtuber, you'd have a double agenda of cheat testing (and who knows even promotion), abuse, besides it. For us, you are simply a player that did bad things. Temporary bans cannot be appealed, but due to the size of this situation (as in: the amount of bans and their extent) I made a template reply: We recently became aware of a movement in which a vendor is selling "4Life / PyLife" mining bots that provide automatisation of a civilian job to make ingame money without effort.. this certainly isn't the first time, they are designed to evade human and scripted detection very well, and all past bots have been getting detected by MTA (but a little slower and differently, because such bots arent "classic cheats" like you would expect). The problem consists of a couple of components: 1. Polish servers such as 4Life and PyLife are so big, that there is automatically a market for such abuse and tools. MTA always tries to keep the game fair, even when it's not a straight up cheat (also, most of our current protections are focussed on the latter) 2. Polish players that abuse such tools typically don't care about bans, their mentality is "ah, I will just use a different PC.. also, the server in question probably won't ban me, its an MTA detection only, and if they do, they will never get my entire presence effectively). 3. The developers of such tools (like for example the person in https://forum.multitheftauto.com/topic/125549-banned-by-mta/), knowing that MTA technology regarding such bots isn't perfect yet (due to it, like explained in point 1, not being a "classic cheat"), will constantly change their virtual input method when the previous one gets patched. Because we still need to get ahead here, there are more chances to get a working bot out on the market, and we may need to take more effective steps to stop it. 4. Occasionally, someone that has bad intentions is behind the coordination of a new "botting" surge, like is currently the case with this particular bot, as you can see at https://forum.multitheftauto.com/topic/125548-banned-by-mta/ (check the "Update" note at the very bottom). This makes it even more important to deal with it in a solid way. Our solution to the problem: 1. Detect the bots and their virtualized input method (obviously), server detection SD #31 and #32 will also be constantly updated to be able to cancel more types of virtual input. 2. Don't just kick a player when they run a bot that is detected. Ban them, for a couple of days. 3. If possible, ban all of the PC's that a player has, so that we resolve the earlier mentioned point of "Polish players that abuse such tools typically don't care about bans, their mentality is "ah, I will just use a different PC" In this case, of your appeal.. The ban is a result of cheating using this bot on a different serial: 038BE368436434E53FD4C537BE10E2E4. The verdict that it's you is solid, and like I said, temporary bans cannot be appealed - please accept your mistake and wait until the ban expires in 5 days. This time however, you guys will feel it, not just like you're going to use a disposable machine to use it on, "just in case you get banned".

You turned it into a nice and sympathetic story, but in the end you are a developer working for a major vendor of abuse tools, called "Legitcheck MTA" (such as this "Mining bot macro") for polish MTA community. Even so, you have a website and Facebook dedicated to selling this stuff, and are making good money off the abuse that servers targetted by your bot are suffering from. People like you are breeding a new type of cheaters, where the tools aren't strictly taken "classic cheats", but are to ruin the ingame economy of servers and give lazy players an unfair advantage - you're detrimental to MTA, and thus you are no longer welcome on MTA. Appeal denied, i wish you good luck in future endeavors @davezokkt / DivadSn / David Sn (David Siedtmann) - yes I know who you are.. sad to see a developer like you lower themselves to this level. Also, edit: on June 25th we deployed extra measures to stop you from evading the global ban, which you've been doing a lot. The scheme that you were part of also has gotten a Youtuber banned: https://forum.multitheftauto.com/topic/125548-banned-by-mta/ and we know he and other people that he called to destroy the 4Life ingame economy (with your bots) was your vendor's major customer, if not that he assembled or sponsored your team to fullfill his agenda. So just to conclude you've been doing, and been part of some serious stuff, and you're just out forever..

VF #2 kicks are usually because your PC is infected with a virus or malware. There are 2 reasons: - Something external (like a virus or cheat, perhaps for another game) is trying to write to the memory of GTA or MTA data files - GTA or MTA data files (DLL) have unauthorized mods or are corrupted. Instructions: 1) Run a full anti-virus and malware scan. Clean anything that it finds. For more information, visit this page 2) Re-install MTA and GTA San Andreas with a clean, unmodded version. This ensures files are not modified in ways that will kick you, and that changes to (or quarantaining of) DLL files made by a virus that you now removed with a scanner are reversed. 3) Do not run any dodgy software that you can imagine may try to hook, or write memory to, any DLL files it can search and finds interesting; this is characteristic for viruses that want to infect any suitable files on your PC, but it can also be a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program) or anything that relies heavily on tampering with execution of other software to function, so-called intrusive software.. imagine stuff like overlays or software that claims it can help you do something with any other software. You can end processes of software (or disable them) one by one to find out the culprit if the problem persists after following all of these instructions. If the problem persists, we also advise using multiple scanners, and also malware/PUP/rootkit scanners.

EXEMOD means that you definately replaced gta_sa.exe with a custom version that was modified for the purpose of unfair advantage or cheating, such as edited handling code or other vehicle-physics related things. These files are spread and advertised only for these bad uses, so it's very unlikely you "accidentally" used one. Most of these modifications are detected. Lots of people that try to use it, are DD players that want unfair advantage over others. So i don't think it was an accident. But that doesn't matter, because temporary bans cannot be appealed anyways - it doesn't matter if someone sent you a "cheat" or file like this without you knowing it was such a thing, or whether your cat, brother, or whoever else used or placed it. You simply gotta wait for the ban to expire..
