I think he means like, add all the mods you want to put on a server into one huge mod pack (such as the Vice City Delux mod pack, that contains all different mods). Because you said only one pack at a time, right?

It's allready possible with MTA:SG. But that's only for one server at a time, if they choose to run it.

If it support 96 players ill send you my pants. OMG, now i guess what blue will support Not 600 ppl in a server. He means that there will be at least 600 people online in all throughout all servers.

GtaT "claims" to support 96, but it has never been tested for stability and lag. Also, wait and see for what info they release.
