so what exactly is your problem?

it probably was a buisy server and the admin thought of "wasting" a slot on a laggy player. he'd probably kick you becouse other low ping people would be able to join the server instead of you and with all players having low ping the gameplay in the server is a lot better. but a limit of 100 is a little low.....

is that becouse of this picture or not? and indeed I dont like using tags in a banner, it just doesn't fit... it makes the banner look... not cool....

just a stupid suggestion but: -all players in the round are 1 time the hunted man -the player with the most time @ the end of a round wins...

the lock on just gets unsynced by lag. on my server (4 ping @ localhost LOL 4! ping that's damn mutch for a localhost connection ) and my buddies (20~30 ping) the missiles mostly miss when locked on. sometimes they hit.

Spike strips (from the garage mission) would allso be a cool (anti-)pickup.

Nice there are so many pictures to use. but bad they aren't made on high end pc's. I think it would look better if made by high end pc's (hmm, maybe I'll allso make one), I haven't got GTA:VC installed atm. and I dont have GTA3 anyore (borrowed it a time). but providing some high AA pictures maybe look better in the banner.

one of my mates got this problem when he was connecting to my server via a hyperlink I gave him. then I gave him my ip and it worked...

and you can't make your own guns.

you need to set the meta data like said in the error. load your map and add the description of the map and the author.

shooting 360 degrees would be veary unrealistic since you can't shoot in the front and in the back, or you have to shoot through the helicopter itself. I think it's better just 90 and 90 and unlimited ammo is allso a little overpowered

the idea is veary old allready and has definitely been discussed a lot of times before. but it's still a nice idea, it reminds people of it.

you can allso be hit with non-seeking missiles when taking off so that isn't a seeking problem. and it's easy to evade heat seaking missiles when you are @ full speed.nowadays when a hydra map loads we are just flying around and somethimes we hit each other... wow...

he probably means turning the game radio off (while driving) and have windows media player or some other stuff running in the background with music. I allso do it with some games. (I.E. with MMORPG games wich will make the training a lot of cooler. killing npc's with some good music in the background)
