nice idea, I was thinking about something the same a time ago, but without the escalators, just spawning them in the air. but there has to be object gravity to get this to work, would be some nice addon to the editor, in the property's menu, you could set their gravity (lol and a negative value for rising objects )

but why do you use beta drivers? the 81.xx drivers are more stable...

I think having a special "flag" object (one thats allready in the game, like a suitcase or something, or something else wich would be good as flag) suits the gamemode better than using cars. why else is it called "CTF"

locked would be veary unfair and silly at the same time. getting glu'ed would be better. then you still can fall off if a car colission happens, but if you would get locked onto a car it would look veary silly and it's too overpowered.

If the player allready has dissapeared you dont know if he's alive or not... someone else easily could have killed him allready...

normally you only have to open ports in a router when running a server... I never open ports for just online play, I never need to open them...

I really break. and my friends allso do, and if you have a "good" pc it won't make you get any framedrop. alltough it's fun to see one of my friends gets some framedrop and survives an explosion, but we just shout at him and continue the play.. and about the invisible objects... somethimes when I load my map the aren't just invisible, but they aren't solid either (they just don't appear, duh) but I just reload my map again and it works again...

uhm, you have to read other topics for that... you should be able to "bobcat-sit" so just crouch in the back of it with a gun in your hand (m4 or whatever) (or a rocket launcher or other heavy weapon, but you can't crouch with that)

hmm this could work veary confusing, if a player disappears from the radar people might think the player is dead.

ofcourse they got the same external but if you connect inside a network itself you use your LAN ip. wich isn't the same as the other pc's so you have to connect to localhost or your home ip (start-->run-->cmd-->ipconfig) and not your internet ip

It's veary easy to break such disable scripts, just press RMB and ENTER at the same time a lot of times and the RMB function window pops up.And I have a special key on my keyboard wich opens up the window directly

just check the center and sort maps on rating, h8 crime is a high rated cops and robbers map. or h8 crime fixed wich fixes some bugs

normally you don't have the same IP in a network you can allways manually set the IP if think that is your problem.

so if it isn't programmed, it has to be another error then? so post your error exactly here.

about the speedbar was told in the manual, and if you want to force yourself to go into spectator mode, there's a command allready for it /kill is it's name

you can try usin the All Seeing Eye, it's an external server browser.

1) have a good system 2) good connection 3) cool name 4) ask your friends to come and populate the server a little, people prefer to join servers with allready a lot of players in it, they won't join empty ones. 5) be nice to your guests.

maybe your firewall blocks MTA.
