Strange one today. The console was acting as if the letter M was a carriage return. Making it impossible to list the maps on the server, amongst other things, as it went through thus: list m aps It wasnt unique to that command, attempting to type marmoset resulted in m arm oset Irritating to say the least.

Youll need to uninstall 0.3b, and possibly reinstall gta3 as 0.3b was known to break single player. No version since has done so however (mtavc 0.1, 0.2, 0.2.2, 0.3, 0.4 (gta3 re-introduced - best version of them all imo), 0.5)

Did you fill in the meta stuff in the editor? I spent a while trying to get Rocky Road Beta to upload whilst suffering an endless upload loop until I realised it required it. Strange as the map tests, and plays on a server perfectly without the meta info.

Ever played Blockland? Basically it is an online multiplayer lego simulator, you are a small lego man and you can 'shoot' blocks onto the ground, building structures and scenes live with other people in the same way as with the real toy bricks, but whilst standing amongst them, going in and out of the buildings, climbing the stairs and ramps, interacting with the other players etc. All great fun surprisingly, and a staple diet for regulars in #mta last year. Now, ever used the mtasa:race map editor? It would be simply awesome to be able to do something blocklandish with it, synchronised map building, object placing and testing with one or more other people. Its a bit left field I know but it'd be hilarious fun if it ever happened. I can picture it already * places walls around player2 to imprison them as player2 builds a ramp and spawns a pcj to escape.

Not really as it is highly likely you have more than simply your handling modified. To save some poor soul being asked to send what may amount to most of the game (not even to approach the legality of doing so) it's much simpler for you to re-install. Let alone faster than awaiting a response from someone on a forum.

If you did that then 7.4 out of 10 maps would be misleadingly named. Freeroam isnt deathmatch yet it has no checkpoints. Hydra races arent deathmatch yet they have weapons..

I don't see how people are expected to find them. Theres no indication in the server list if the server is using RSS to auto-download. Joining them at random and typing /list maps to see if your freshly uploaded map is there is hardly a solution. The above server is however. Nice work. Thanks for providing such a service deags
