The patched version of MTA:VC 0.2 (MTA:VC 0.2.2) is now available. Complete with the Stunt Mode and the majority of the Unhandled Exception Error crashes fixed. Please note it is still not 100% crash proof but is vastly more stable than version 0.2

The patched MTA:VC 0.2 server (0.2.2) and corresponding admin tool are now available for download. The patched client (MTA:VC 0.2.2) will be released once admin have had a chance to update servers. The sites download section will be updated tomorrow to reflect these changes, meanwhile both the Win32 and Linux servers are available Here.

Make your mind up This needs to be adressed, I will not be party to keeping 'our little secret' so that two or more gangs have the possibility of using trainers in secret. Dick Pusher and all others concerned with this investigation may be interested in something that was delivered to me by someone who wishes to remain anonymous. Basically it is a small application made by yetika, presumably by sniperX (as far as i knoe he is yetikas 'coder') It is called YetikaVCP_Code_Find.exe And it is designed to allow you to run a trainer, any trainer, and get around mta's trainer detection. Now i am disgusted by this, it seems someone is perfectly happy to try and destroy mta, anyone who has come across an infinate life cheat ingame knows it just makes you think 'whats the point' and stop playing/move servers. We strive to block trainers and cheats for that reason. In my opinion this also makes Blokkers ladder practically worthless, who can trust the gangs involved to play fair now? Who knows how many other gangs this has been given to? It is undecided what action we will take at the moment, the priority for us is to take steps to prevent something like this from working in future versions.

mta notepad? Sounds to me like you have display file extentions off (in windows explorer), and ini's set to open in notepad. Hence your confusion. The 'text' you pasted above is content from your mta.ini

Choppers are part of the game, as is the fact they can be lethal in the right (wrong?) hands. Therefore this needs to be taken into account when you play, you say you dont notice them coming when you are in the middle of a firefight? It sounds more like you need to improve your playing skills to include keeping a fairly regular check on the minimap/radar for anything incoming, rather than asking for dangers to be removed

Actually we refrained from taunting, so much so you all thought we where speaking in irc or elsewhere. Hrm actually that was my suggestion after the debalcle that was our match. Anyway, this thread isnt really needed, presumably iggy didnt inform you of the 5 leader discussions/agreements that have been taking place, initially parker/myself/iggy/xenex/mikiro, now Loendal is taking my place in them. I'm sure this will result in some more agreeable arrangements for all who take part.

The downloads section navigation is still very confusing, many unneeded sub categorys, especially as ALL the main mtavc files are on the one mtavc.com download page that you eventually get to it

I had to unlock this briefly just to say i thought pushers match report was hilarious, i love tho whole 'what i did on the day of the match report' Not many things make me laugh out loud outside of Terry pratchet or monty python, but that report did.
