It's "won't" and not "willn't" by the way.
Anyway, you don't need to create "9831928317" peds, you can actually put peds to the area that is streamed in for the local player, and then triggerClientEvent for see those peds.
A friend got this bug when he downloaded 1.1:
The friend could play correctly on 1.0.5... yes, that's not a very "unseen" bug, but, when he deletes his resources in MTA San Andreas 1.1\mods\deathmatch\resources, everything starts to work... Who has noticed this?
To be honest, I don't think MTA:SA 1.1 released when it had, there are lots of bugs to fix for old & new computers.
By the way, I got a terrible lag on 1.1 with my old computer, I'd be glad to talk with the team about that.
It will be awesome if you also try to apply it to the texture "vehiclegrunge256" you will see an awesome car reflection - try it, may be an idea for car reflections.
Also, I must say this is really nice!
Latest DirectX runtimes have nothing to do with your DirectX version, if you have DirectX 1 or DirectX 2020, doesn't matter, just try it and let us know if that fixes the problem.
