It happens with position issues that GTA can't handle, examples:
Set the velocity to any object, to 1000
Create a BBBBBBIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGG boat (it would be like the titanic size) and replace it's collisions, then get in.
Change the aim value of an Infernus car to a rhino one.
Sometimes (almost never BTW), creating a vehicle and use warpPedIntoVehicle immediately should cause you a LSOD.
They all are positions or velocity (I don't know exactly how to call it) that GTA can't handle, but anyway that's not a major bug for me, it never happens.
