I get even more FPS in 1.1 (without the limiter) - on a freeroam server with some maps & carpaint shader I get about 200 FPS at the desert with an infernus showing, but in my old one I get 10 - 20 fps, on 1.0.2 30 - 35 and on 1.0.5 25 - 30.
What can't be fixed? I know everything can be fixed, but normally, engine functions use to crash clients (exepting for the TXD part that is so stable) - a bugfix can easily remove that "normally" I guess hehe.
It's called file, and you can make it with the next lines:
<meta>
<map src="mymap.map" dimension="0" />
</meta>
mymap.map means the map you want to include to the map folder.
You're the first person who has that serial problem, that's really weird.
What you must do with the map files is create an meta.xml file for them all.

Your gamemode is race right? depends of your gamemode.
If its Race, you can go to its meta.xml, and edit the "random maps" value, change it to true.
You can do it also with admin panel, go to Resources, double click on Race, double click on Random maps, and set it to True.
This is different, here we're talking about functions to activate GTA SA NPCs unsynced on MTA.
I'm still saying, client-side functions for unsynced AI would be really nice.
