You don't have any idea what you're talking about, do you.. I already mentioned why the former is a bad idea. What you could do is copy that resource and modify and use the copy so it doesn't conflict with other server's resources. However, that still doesn't change the fact that you need to redo any changes if you want to update that resource.

Two options: either edit the resource that adds the command (not recommended in case of upgrades and in the case of client-side scripts, conflicts between your server and servers that actually use the -real- version) or add a "proxy" command with executeCommandHandler. The latter will leave the original command open. I don't think you can block it, because executeCommandHandler still uses ACL. Not sure about this though... (Can anybody confirm?)

Yes. But frankly, you're too clueless about even basic syntax - you should read some more about Lua before you try anything. Once you've gotten the basic Lua down, you can accomplish this by creating a client-side event and triggering it for everybody when the command is entered.

Well.. no offense, but it looks horrible and is all jumbled. I don't know if you designed it for IE or something, but.. you shouldn't. Focus on proper browsers instead. From a content perspective: - Game-Monitor still blows, and if people spend time piling other systems on top of it, it is most likely being wasted. - Pointing to the servers that are already most popular is a waste of time, since a LOT of people will already sort the server list by players by default. How about featuring some lesser known servers instead? Telling people about things they already know about is kind of a waste of time... Besides, the most popular/full servers aren't necessarily the best.. look at all the virtually unmodified freeroam servers with tons of players.

Your resource needs to be added to ACL. Turn off your server and edit the file (look at the other resource entries in the admin group) or I think you can do it with the admin panel.

I know of a decent server. Player count is a bit low at the moment, but then that's why I'd like to see more people try it. Custom gamemode, and you're not bound to any team, you can kill whoever you want unlike most other so-called DM servers which are actually TDM/Freeroam servers pretending to be DM servers... The server also offers turf wars or you can just mess around if you want to. There are a few side activities, like looking for cash prizes which appear somewhere in SF periodically with a hint or clue, or driving a taxi. If you're an "explorer", there are also a few "secrets" (larger cash prizes, essentially) hidden around the entire SA map.
