  1. Couldn't that be solved by adding some negative z velocity to the vehicle when it's stream by any player?
  2. Just a guess but you could have a look at the race resource. I think it has to do something similar if you use a vehicle-change pickup that changes your vehicle to a helicopter.
  3. first crash right after all players finished downloading the race mode. For 5 seconds the game ran at 0.5 FPS and then the game crashd Note: Blame me but i was in window mode when it happened... Edit1: Second dump file included Edit2: Third one^^

  5. I guess this is just gamemode related. Try other servers with different gamemodes and look if the bars appear.
  6. I can confirm this bug too. It's a bit weird because if you are on a bike and this bug appears it looks like the "get off bike" animation ist started but 2 frames after canceled.

  11. if you have similar problems to this in the future you can simply use online xml syntax checkers like this one: http://www.w3schools.com/Dom/dom_validate.asp Just put your code in the text area, click on validate and it will show you any errors and the line in which they occur.

  13. ahhh it's just that i missunderstood the instructions. For me it sounds like you should add the include resource stuff into the meta.xml of the KIHC resource... nobody said it has to be in the meta.xml of the gamemode that is running. But basically you could just start the resource by hand because the include resource tag does the same but autimatically with the start of the gamemode... Also it should work very well if you just start the zipped resource.

Well imo the whole include resource thing is totally wrong because the way i understand the instructions you are including the running resource into itself and that's why it outputs an error to the console... I tried it without the line and it worked very well only the hasObjectPermission check didnt because you check a player instead of an acl object but after fixing that it worked. I think restricting the /buildhouse command in the acl.xml is a much easier and more flexable way if you also want to give moderators the ability to build houses.

  19. good tutorial though you could add a few steps for explaining how to set up the server so it runs even if you close the putty console using screen commands

  21. There should be 2 solutions for that: 1. Install 1.1.1 and then install 1.1.2 in exactly the same folder 2. Rename mta\mods\editor to mta\mods\map_editor create \Program Files\MTA San Andreas\mods\map_editor\maps
