hi, when you want to use the map editor with someone else i recommend you not to use the "Map Editor" button but start the mtaserver.exe type "start editor" there (without quotes) and then connect via quick connect (ip for you: localhost (yeah just type this in) port: 22003 (default value) and for your friend the ip which he sees in hamachi)

you should probably run an anti virus program, we can't help you if no download is working correctly for you.

I already though of adding such feature to the scoreboard resource, rightclick someone there and get options like PM,votekick,mute and other resources could add options, freeroam for example could add warpto...

a resource which adds traffic and pedestrians is under development but is not yet ready to be released. i don't think theres any alternative right now.

having mta make your homework would be cool as well. the only thing that IMO could maybe get added would be the possibility to pop up a url open request on clients screen, so he gets a window with the url which he would be linked to and some warning like "websides can contain dangerous stuff, only press "yes" when you trust that website and the server owner, pressing no is recommended, use yes on your own risk...bla bla" then if he presses yes his browser opens... you know the rest.

you should really go through the built in tutorial. (you can start it again by ticking the correct field in options, then restart the editor)

you're forgetting that sa-mp has nearly no sync, unfortunately more sync also needs more bandwidth 500 players with nearly no sync is not the same as 500 players with good sync - now imagine someone constantly throwing molotovs and grenades into the crowd...
