why not? the other section is for scripting in MTA:SA, this one is VC afaik

you want to rotate an object on the Y or X axis? iirc it's ctrl + pgup / pgdn but you should also try ctrl + arrow keys

that's because you need to have GTA: San Andreas installed on your computer, if you don't have the game you'll need to buy it else you cannot play MTA:Race

most of what you said is already in DM (afaik there won't be any updates for Race), and in the map editor rotations are like that because they are in radians, 3.14 = 360

you aren't talking about "MTA people" but people in general just because some people are like that you shouldn't put everyone in the same shoes have you even bothered to check the help section? if you did you'd change your point of view
