I think you misunderstood something DM is still in alpha stage, before the actual release probably there will be a closed beta to mass stress the servers to check how stable they are with large amounts of people

you listen to them the same way as in single player.. sometimes MTA doesn't recognize the user tracks, it's beyond me why
