If you're running Vista or 7, make sure to run MTABrowser.exe as an administrator.

Does single player work? Is there any error when launching MTA:SA? You're running MTA:SA 1.0.4, right? What operating system are you running?

Do you have any other computers you could try MTA:SA on? If that computer loads the server list, then it's most likely an issue with your computer. If it doesn't load the server list, then varez is probably correct in the assumption that your ISP changed things around.

Setting that up was a lot of fun. I also learned that MTA 0.5 can't display 1000 health properly and decides to crash instead: click. I even got MTA Error Reporter to pop up and attempt to send a report, which doesn't make any sense!

Did you download MTA:SA 1.0.4 from the front page?

There is a basic Scripting Introduction guide on our wiki. There's an unofficial script editor (or you can use Notepad++ if you prefer). Moved to Scripting support section and your duplicate topic deleted.

Update your DirectX runtimes and extract this archive into your GTA San Andreas\data directory.

It takes several hours to show up automatically in the listing. Wait a while.

Then try deleting D3DX9_42.dll in the \MTA\ folder under your Multi Theft Auto directory.

We can't help you with server-specific bans at all here. You'd have to find their website if they have one and ask there.

Why can't the "not logged in" text just be hidden until there is a working implementation? Would cut down on confusion and forum topics like these.

What is the model of your network adapter? You can go to Control Panel -> Device Manager (if running Windows Vista or 7) or Control Panel -> System -> Hardware tab -> "Device Manager" and look under "Network adapters".
