  1. Hehe, this isn't SimCity, now is it? There is a clientside tornado resource from the early beta days that was recently fixed and uploaded to community but nothing else as far as I know. I'm sure a "flood" resource would be relatively simple to create and may be entertaining, especially if water level gradually rises or something, but I don't think it'd be too easy to have the flood "approach" or crawl across the land (correct me if I'm wrong!). A particular MTA:VC RPG server had a scripted "hurricane" resource which would change weather to rain, and may slap you randomly (subtracting 20 hp) if you were not within a specific "safe area", i.e. Vercetti mansion, VCPD station..., with text like "A plank of wood hits you" and such. Something more interactive could be created for MTA:SA I'm certain.

  7. Nope. MTA 0.5r2 was released on January 31st and no further development is planned.
  8. Delete the gta_sa.set file located in the GTA San Andreas User Files in your My Documents directory. Does GTASA single player work fine?

    There is a newer graphics driver available. You also did not update your Ethernet controller driver.

  12. Try downloading this and extract it into the \server\resources directory in your Multi Theft Auto installation folder.

  15. If reinstalling GTA:SA does not solve the problem, please provide a dxdiag report. Press the Windows key + R, type dxdiag, press Enter, click Save all information... and post the contents of the saved log here within Code tags.
  16. My apologies for the wrong Ethernet driver. Try this one. I know you have your X-Fi as your primary sound card, but you still have the Realtek onboard codec enabled, may as well update its driver. Hmm, I really don't know what to do about your mouse. Does everything work fine in single player?

  21. Sidewinder is a joystick, is it not? Do you have another mouse you can plug in?
  22. Disconnect your Sidewinder and try playing MTA.
