    MTA crash

    Please install the following: Graphics driver Audio driver Install the latest DirectX runtimes And install the latest patch of MTA:SA, link given by Tren in the previous post.
  2. Would be great if someone reacted to this. Now he's posting stolen maps. This guy and the other guy uploading TAPL's resources have been taken care of.
  3. Check in your GTA San Andreas installation directory for a D3D9.dll. If one is present, delete it. Install the latest patch of MTA:SA Install the latest DirectX runtimes
  4. Delete the gta_sa.set file located in the GTA San Andreas User Files in your My Documents directory.
  5. Anyway, did you try changing the setting I mentioned in the first reply?
  6. The drivers on the Dell site are ancient. Use this chipset driver. Did you update the Ethernet driver? Download Speedfan, it can check the health of your hard drive.
  7. If the chipset driver causes crashes, you have bigger problems. What makes you think your hard drive is dying?

    Install these: Latest DirectX runtimes Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Runtimes In what folders did you install GTA:SA and MTA:SA?

  13. Go to Settings -> Advanced -> change "Single connection" to "On" and see if that helps. Could you provide a dxdiag report? Press the Windows key + R, type dxdiag, press Enter, click Save all information... and post the contents of the saved log here within Code tags.
