  1. This issue indicates that MTA has no net access. Does quick connect to a server IP work?

  4. This also occurs in single-player GTA:SA with the frame limiter off. I don't think there's a fix. Swimming is also slower (at least in SP).
  5. I'm not sure about SA-MP. I think they have pedestrians but they are not synchronized.
  6. Theoretically it is possible to script something like this, but it hasn't been done yet.
  7. Are the binds set correctly in MTA's settings? Have you tried hosting a server and using voice?

  10. Delete the gta_sa.set file located in the GTA San Andreas User Files in your Documents folder/library (Windows Vista and 7 users) or My Documents directory (Windows XP users) and try again.
  11. All of the drivers installed properly. Are your microphone settings correct? Does your microphone work in other applications?
