If you mean server/script development, your options are either mIRC scripting using MTA:mA or the LUA Admin tool. If you meant actually working on the mod itself, that's not possible as MTA 0.5 is not open source. The code is extremely messy and obfuscated, and there is a lot of spaghetti code making it difficult to follow.

I've slowly been rewriting the other pages - all except 2.0, 3.0 - 3.1, and unknown have been rewritten so far to HTML5 standards and to have their full functionality restored, even the download counters in mta_0.5_launch and mta_sa_launch, for example. It seems that the crash is being caused by a missing GTA file. Please re-install GTA:SA and try again. Also, the audio driver did not update. You may wish to try installing it again.
