The graphics driver did not install properly, try running the installer again. What's your issue with MTA? Is it crashing on startup?

Where did you obtain your copy of GTA:SA? Could you provide a dxdiag report? Press the Windows key + R, type dxdiag, press Enter, click Save all information... and post the contents of the saved log here within Code tags.

Just launch gta_sa.exe from the GTA:SA directory.

MTA may be flagged as a false positive due to the way that it interfaces with GTA. If you are paranoid, you can download this file. I personally uploaded it to the server about a week ago. Here is VirusTotal's report on mtasa-1.2.exe; I submitted the files.mtasa.com URL for it to analyze. All of the "results" are either false positives (in the case of W32/Injector.A.gen!Eldorado, for the reason I explained in the first line of this post), or "potentially unwanted application" for the other results because of the installer's compression method.

Does GTA:SA work if you try playing single player?

I wouldn't trust a motherboard with the brand name "Colorful". Such an unknown brand name just screams cheap Chinese capacitors and poor quality control, but then again perhaps I'm wrong. The only way to find out is to buy it, heh. But, if you decide to purchase anyway, any modern PCI-E graphics card will function in that motherboard.

You are correct, all drivers appear to be up to date. Try removing D3D9.dll from your GTA:SA directory.

Yes, please try. As far as I know, MTA should simply ignore CLEO, but perhaps that isn't happening in this case.

If your GTA:SA is modified in any way, please reinstall it. AC #5 indicates the presence of a trainer.
