Most (if not all) technical issues and crashes experienced on stable releases of MTA are somehow related to the user's PC, such as underlying OS or driver issues, bad mainentance state of the OS, viruses interfering with MTA, etcetera. In this subforum (client support) we have a range of users who are willing to offer you support, of which some have an advanced technical IT background and thus are able to dive deep into said problems, given that they have sufficient information to help you troubleshoot the underlying causal problem. MTADiag makes their job easier, by collecting a set of information that helps them get started in advising you what to do next. Check for a D3D9.dll in your GTASA directory; if present, delete it. If that doesn't fix it, try reinstalling GTASA.

If it says DirectX is already installed, then DirectX is current. You can't remove DirectX. Please install the following: Graphics driver (pick Catalyst Software Suite) Audio driver Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted) Latest patch of MTA:SA Provide another dxdiag log after installing.

Your anti-virus is flagging MTA 0.5r2 as a false positive. Add an exception for the installer and/or MTAClient.exe in your anti-virus program. Topic moved to Multi Theft Auto 0.5r2 section.
