  9. Excellent. I suppose update the Intel graphics driver if it isn't already up to date (your dxdiag doesn't want to list some driver versions for some reason ) and see if the problem in MTA persists. If it does, I believe your only option is to wait for AMD to release newer drivers.
  10. It won't cause any conflict. I suppose it's not necessary, but it may be related to the flickering. Try updating the BIOS as well. BIOS 1.30 Run the flash utility as an Administrator.

  15. Extract the ZIP file, then run the P01-A1.exe file in BIOS_eMachines_P01.A1_Windows_EL1350 EL1352/WIN.

  17. The audio driver did not install properly. Please try installing it again. Why is the Intel HD Graphics onboard controller still enabled? If you have no use for it, disable it in your BIOS settings. Otherwise, update its driver.

The crash is caused by an error loading sound files. If the drivers do not help, reinstall GTA:SA and MTA:SA completely again. Delete the contents of C:\Users\\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas as well.
