Delete the contents of C:\Users\\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas and reinstall GTA:SA again.

Could you provide a dxdiag report? Press the Windows key + R, type dxdiag, press Enter, click Save all information... and post the contents of the saved log here within Code tags. Also, in "Settings -> Video", try unticking "Disable Aero desktop".

Is there a D3D8.dll in your GTA:VC or GTA3 directory? If so, please remove it.

Paste the contents of MTA\core.log.

Strange, the audio driver still didn't update - try once more perhaps? It should be updating. Are you still having lag issues?

If the error is "Error initializing MTA <-> DLL construct!", the DLL is either not present or is the incorrect version. You installed MTA 0.5r2 with the installer I linked above?

That is XP's "run as" command - it allows you to run a program as another user. If your user account is already an Administrator, there is no purpose in using that option.

The Realtek audio driver did not update. Install it again. Also do repair installs of the ethernet & wireless drivers.

Updated for 1.3 support and to check if DirectX was updated during the diagnostic process. I really need to rewrite parts of the code, it's horrible adding support for new versions of MTA currently... -

OK, everything installed successfully. Are you still having crashes? If so, is your GTA:SA modified at all other than the CLEO mods?

CLEO is not compatible with MTA:SA, its presence should not have any affect on MTA. Your paste ID is invalid - please post a new dxdiag log.
