I did something wrong, like yourself and others.

You mostly do see a few 0.3 players still around due to that it was a good version and fun to play.

Theres nothing wrong with the stubby shotgun, plus the stubby shotgun isnt just always a 2 hit shot formation. Some players will lag and have an advantage of beating the stubby player and sometimes other players are better at dodgeying the stubby bullets etc.

First of all the link is in the cilent. I never use the cilent to upload the current playable servers, some people just find the ASE alot more quicker and/or easier to use

True but when the DM version is release were just going to see many new clans and faces popping up anyway.

How many teams you got in the tournement participating at this moment or are you still searching for more clans which might be interested.

Delete and search for all other files which may still be left on your computer, some hidden files can cause a few faults. Make sure no mods are installed as MTA do not accept modifications to their files.

What makes you think that

Could just be the servers which are buggy in the first place.

Also to check the dev blog also for the updates etc.

The BLUE core should be holding all weapons in GTA anyway from what they wrote on the BLUE site.
