It would be total lag anyway and i dont think the server would run with the highest amount of people anyway, 100 guys in MTA would lag alot. Players just increase that on the server config.

Would be hard for race mod since that you wont be able to use weapons so its just going to be pushing the drivers of the road etc.

Are you talking about when you load the game from the exe for 1 second then it dosnt respond and closes down or when you actually load the game and crashes on the loading bar?

The idea sounds fun but i wouldnt use the mode as a deathmatch addon or something which could be put into the mod itself. However maybe something in RPG gameplay with your idea would be nice.
