Seems like the easiest way is too do that or just fly pass the " no flying area ", shoot the men that come at you also any other vehicles and just cause chaos, though doing this would take a few minutes to get the stars up and maybe alot of ammo and skill would help out also

Get better connection, normally there are a few programs which you can download to make gameplay faster, which i have used in the past, but for pings then im not sure.
