Much possible that its only lag.. Or maybe not.. you said in your servers? Just ban them then. If servers aren't yours, that is not a place to ask for help, contact server administrators.

It's not that easy, man. MTA has a packet encryption. Nobody will tell you the packets and how they're done so u will need to sniff them yourself.

oh didn't know you can't get coordinates in mta:sa

its pretty much possible to get what team scored the goal if you make a script for that though

turn off some of your programs like xfire, msn etc. That 'suspected trainer usage' thingy looks for programs with some words in their names open.
