If it isn't a perfect rip of the UK/USA ISO files, then no. And I doubt he would have spent 3 or 4 hours downloading 2GB+ of files when there's smaller rips out there which work fine, just not with MTA. Bear in mind that the game has been out for well over a year, you're bound to get it really cheap from your local game shop, if not even second hand for like £10 or something. It's better off just buying it.

A totally unaltered, copied version of the USA or UK retail version of the game should in theory work fine, although a warez one will not. I don't advise that you do that though, it's illegal.

I got my Radeon 9550 256mb for about £40, it has dual outputs (VGA and DVI) so I can connect 2 monitors at the same time, and then in the advanced graphics setup you just set the physical layout of your monitors (mine are next to each other obviously) and then you can choose how you want it, like extended desktop or cloned output, or seperate monitors. Extended desktop is great for playing games spread across both monitors, but seperate monitors is better because you can run the game on one monitor and use the other one for talking on msn or something.

It's mine. For ages I was using a single Iiyama Prolite and another Relisys monitor I had, which sucked because they didn't match and the Iiyama was higher than the Relisys, so I bought the exact same Iiyama from ebay and now I have matching monitors.

You don't "reconnect by starting the game again", GTA:VC and the MTA client are seperate altogether, you can stay connected to the MTA client even if you close the game.

I wouldn't imagine this possible in the near future, since a normal length mp3 is around 4mb, and this may take some users a bit of time to download just 1 track, rather than the whole station. Streaming it may be an idea, but imagine if you have a full 26-player server streaming a 128kbps mp3 to every player? Bandwidth usage would skyrocket and companies wouldn't host it.
